Vivienne Machado

Vivienne Machado has 20+ years of financial services recruitment and talent management experience – both in house and as a consultant/outsourced provider. She started her recruiting career at Deutsche Bank where she latterly ran their global campus recruitment function (1997 to 2004). Her most recent in-house roles were leading recruitment in EMEA for Soft Bank Investment Advisers (2017-2020) and then the Blackstone Group from 2020 – 2022. Viv rejoins the management team of Dykstra Associates (which she founded and ran from 2005 to 2016 under the brand name Graduate Solutions). Along with the wider DA team, Vivienne is focused on outreach to diverse talent pools; offering training, coaching and mentorship and facilitating a pathway to junior roles in PE.

Nuno Correia

An engineer by background, Nuno works across the sourcing and client project coordination team (on and off-site). Experienced in early careers and diversity projects, he also manages the off-site sourcing team for PE and banking projects - working on complex roles in Data Engineering/Science, Fundraising, Investment teams, Portfolio Management, Valuations, Risk, Compliance and Legal at Dykstra Associates. Expert in system implementation and management, project analytics and reporting.

Nadia Osgood

Recruitment professional, trainer and careers coach with 20+ years’ expertise in the financial services sector. Nadia is well equipped to design and deliver career development and recruiting campaigns. Nadia has worked both in house at Deutsche Bank where she was Global Head of Campus Brand and externally as an outsourced recruitment professional for multiple banking clients.

Jenny Hone

A seasoned Early Careers & Recruitment Campaign Project Manager with over 15 years’ experience gained predominately within the Financial Services and Technology sector. As part of the Dykstra Associates team, Jenny has undertaken a range of Early Careers and Experienced recruitment projects for a global network of clients. She has extensive experience in competency and strength-based application screening, interviews; assessment centre design, and execution and devising campus marketing outreach strategies.

Georgina Norbury

An experienced recruitment and selection specialist with over 20 years broad experience in-house (Morgan Stanley) and as a consultant, working with banking, professional services and public sector companies. Passionate about best practice, building strong client relationships and maximising positive candidate experience. Previous projects have included design and implementation of assessment centres, high volume interviewing and screening and delivery of marketing and attraction strategies.

Heidi Plant

Heidi Plant gained her graduate recruitment expertise whilst working in the financial services sector as head of campus recruiting at UBS. Since then she has been working on a freelance basis for clients in the financial services, legal and consulting sectors. She has extensive experience assisting companies with the screening, interviewing and assessing of candidates in high volume recruitment campaigns. She has also worked on developmental assessment centres with students at several UK universities and as a career coach for InvestIn using her knowledge of competency based assessment to help candidates gain a competitive edge in the recruitment process.
